Hi Everyone, Linda reporting

We've currently working on series 4 and we're up to epsisdoe 8 already, boy doesn't time fly. The last epiosde of Series 4 will screen on Monday 25th October, with the repeats following that week. Series 4 DVDs will be available from 1st November maybe earlier if we can get it ready for those perhaps looking for that special Christmas present.

The good news is Cue TV has given us the opportunity to screen a 6 week Christmas special edition of the show where we look at some of the highlights of the 54 episodes we will have produced since we started last year and that will begin on the 1st November and run though to the Monday 6th December, so watch out for those.

Bill's just about come right after his op 7 weeks ago now but he's still taking things slowly in the heavy lifting department..

We spent some time with Mike Lambert and his wife Judy the other day and his story is coming up in episode 8. He told us he'd bought over 200 Kenworths during his time as a logging contractor, including the famous Concord. His is a very interesting story of a 19 year old starting off his business with an S Bedford coming through the years remaining in trucking doing mainly logs but diversifying when the need arose. Harry Wills told us Mike kept going when others were falling by the wayside, and that's because Mike always had the good gear, he said. So watch out for Mike's story coming up on Monday 13th September at 8pm.

We off up north to look at a old ERF and some old Leylands this week and we're looking forward to that.

The 2 week northern truck run due to go in mid October and the organisation is well under way with about 60 odd trucks participating. We will be filming it all. Some of the highlights of it will beon during the Christmas special series in November. We'll be producing a 3 hour DVD triple pack set of the full run and will include all the participants' trucks and hopefully a word from each of their owners. This run is over two weeks and begins with a run up the west coast of the North Island then down the east coast back to Wellington. It's going to be a lot of fun. The triple pack DVD set of the entire run will be available from the 2nd December 2010.

The Truck tour we're organising is from Auckland to Invercargill leaving 15th November and back 28th November. The trip is now booked and we have just one place left so check out the truck info to find out more about this unique tour.

We are moving to our new home in Beachlands east of Auckland in October so we're both looking forward to that.
